ORDERS & SHIPPING
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
All orders have a processing time that allows us to fulfill your order properly. This processing time is separate from the shipping time required for your order to reach its destination. Depending on a number of factors, standard domestic orders may take up to 5 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process.
Once your payment has been authorized, please allow up to 5 business days for us to process your order. Please note that the processing time is an estimate and doesn't include weekends or holidays.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?
To ensure that orders are shipped in a timely manner, we begin processing orders as soon as they are placed. Once we receive your order, cancellations will not be allowed.
WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
In order to ensure that your order is successfully delivered within the advertised time frames, it is vital that you correctly enter the address where you will receive your package and include all relevant information. Please review the entered information to confirm that all abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is correct. X·ALT is NOT responsible for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect/incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.
Please note that orders shipped in to US destinations may take 1-14 business days from the date that it is shipped out to be delivered, depending on the shipping method selected and final destination of the order.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email that includes tracking information.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. It is the customer's responsibility to ship any/all items being returned to our company at their own expense.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@shopxalt.com. Please include the following information in your email:
- First & Last Name
- Order Number
- Order Date
- Tracking Number
- Reason for return

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges. The best way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
DO YOU REFUND THE SHIPPING CHARGE?
Unfortunately, we do not refund shipping charges on orders.
